Każdy może po bezpłatnej rejestracji zaprojektować własne wnętrze. Oprócz tego na stronie jest również możliwość oglądania projektów innych użytkowników. Program jest dosyć łatwy w obsłudze, jednak wymaga znajomości języka angielskiego.
Ciekawą opcją w Roomstyler jest kamerka dzięki której mamy podgląd na żywo w małym okienku, ale mamy też możliwość powiększenia obrazu oraz zrobienia zdjęcia 3d, które następnie zostaje przesłane na nasz e-mail. Będzie ono również widoczne w naszym folderze po zalogowaniu. Warto też dodać, że kamerka ma bardzo ciekawe możliwości ustawienia. Możemy zatem oglądać nasze wnętrze z różnych perspektyw.

Za pomocą Roomstyler stworzyłam projekt całego mieszkania, jednak jest to program typowy dla tworzenia wnętrza jednego pokoju ze względu na ściany. Zresztą wskazuje na to sama nazwa programu, dlatego nie mogę zaliczyć tego do wad programu. Mianowicie kolor jednej ściany np. w salonie jest granatowy i automatycznie taki kolor jest na ścianie łączącej się z drugim pomieszczeniem. Jest jednak na to pewien sposób - podwójne ściany. Ja tak właśnie zrobiłam w swoim projekcie, jednak wtedy pojawia się problem z drzwiami - muszą sięgać aż do sufitu bo inaczej zrobi nam się nieładny widok nad nimi. Taki, jak widać na poniższym zdjęciu ...

Należy pamiętać, że wybierając np. dekoracje na ścianę możemy ustawiać ich odległość od podłogi. Wystarczy nacisnąć na dany przedmiot lub okno i po lewej stronie będziemy mieć możliwość takiego ustawienia. Na uwagę zasługuje również fakt, że w programie są nawet dostępne balkony i schody.

Zalety programu:
- darmowy

Wady programu:
- anglojęzyczność
- niektóre przedmioty zmieniają swoje położenie
(nawet, jak zapiszemy projekt, to może się zdarzyć, że po jego otwarciu np. telewizor będzie po drugiej stronie ściany, to samo dotyczyło u mnie wieszaków)
- brak możliwości panoramicznego podglądu 3d na żywo
- mało kolorów drzwi i okien
Podsumowując,
mimo, że powyżej wymieniłam więcej wad, niż zalet program baaaardzo mi się spodobał i nie ukrywam, że "wciągnął" mnie na kilka wolnych godzin :)

Summarizing,
even though more than I exchanged more disadvantages than advantages of the program soooo I liked and did not hide the fact that "pulled" me a few free hours :)
